Guess what?

You Deserve More.

You Deserve More (YDM) is a women’s empowerment program within The Empathy and Resilience Center, Inc., a nonprofit 501 (c) (3), faith-based organization.

YDM represents a community of resilient women who meet online and in-person to support one another on their quest to create more happiness, get more love and generate more prosperity. At YDM we believe that it takes an entire community of both women and men to combat emotional and psychological demons and eradicate the marginalization of women.

"How can I stop settling for less and get more in my marriage, relationship, career and life in general?"

The answer is simple: Join the YDM community and surround yourself around women who can lift you up. We are very explicit about our goals, which are to empower women through teaching, doing and supporting them. One of our primary goals is to help women like you achieve your goal. We strive to create a safe and supportive space for women to work together to achieve self-actualization.

Why YDM?

While we celebrate the many successes women have achieved, the #METOO movement sheds light on the fact that there is much work yet to do. Some people ask why women suffer in silence, and why, after accomplishing numerous firsts, do approximately 12 million women in the United States experience clinical depression, in some cases without knowing that they do? The YDM documentary kicked off a restorm and the YDM community became the transformational calling card for women to take up their personal mantle and take responsibility to create greater happiness, get more love and generate more prosperity.

“My journey to the U.S. from the Dominican Republic was not very smooth. I struggled to find good friends and employment initially. I eventually discovered my calling as an entrepreneur and joined the YDM community to build my network. My clientele has doubled since I joined the community.”
